I have spoken with the hotel today, our allocation of reserved rooms is now full, so it’s a case of taking a chance on them still having other rooms available.
The hotel is getting full for that date now, so anyone wanting to stay and hasn’t yet booked a room I suggest crack on in the next day or so.

Pizza Hut booked for 20 people at 6.30pm.
I have been promised we will all be sat together not scattered around, albeit with one break between 2 long tables, that OK for ya @Colin_GTO

Just checked with the hotel and we have a price of 65 for a double and 55 for a single if you call the no 02476 587420 and speak to Rebecca she will sort for you, at least 12 rooms left right now.
