I have just discovered I have dropped a large b*****k. I thought the show was over the bank holiday! as gill wont sleep in a tent I booked a mobile home for the whole family. I just looked at the post on the stand location and surprise surprise the date is the weekend after not bank holiday. I booked and paid for this in April and just forgot about the booking so I might have the smallest GTO show the wek before. Left a message hope I can switch weekends - as Dell would say what a plonker!!!
That was close - managed to do a swap so now on the right dates!!! Went over to check things out Saturday 19th both the Holiday camp and Venue. It can get a bit windy so no straw hats? The Holiday camp is a ten minute walk along the beach - at high water you might get wet feet and need a torch. The main venue is on the sea front eg walk from your tent/car to the sea in a couple of steps! Quiet a steep slope to the sea not your normal beach!, great views. Thought the venu would have been bigger, just seemed smaller than Peterborough! The roads are not bad but are narrow in places not shure how they will handel the traffic. The pitches could get quiet soft so anyone camping allow for this. Tried the facillities at the Holiday camp both food, toilets, tents etc no problems. Three bars to drink at etc? The petrol SHELL was good value no doubt will go up when we arrive - SHELL V - 121p Lt Green 116p Lt no bad! Any questions post me.

I know this is late but is there any chance I can get 2 tickets for another club member (Shaun) for the Saturday and Sunday and any chance they could get the Saturday evening meal.
It has taken me up until today to talk them into it.
If this is at all possible could someone please PM me and I will pay for them straight away by any means possible. I would have PM’ed Simon(3000GT) but I think he is still away at the mo.
