With only ten people going is it worth setting up a stand?
We begged for someone to organise this event but it seems that it has been left to the last moment.
Why is anyone assuming I will be there? I’m actually getting married and looks likely that I could be in Bulgaria on holiday for a week.
The kit is here in the lock up, if you need gazebos or BBQ etc, who ever wants to take responsibility to organise the show, PM me I can get the stuff sent up to Mansfield for collection from there or somebody with a tow bar can collect the trailer from here.

Well if there is no stand then I won’t be there.
I was going to bring my daughter,
I always find that if there isn’t a stand I end up walking about with no one and go home early, I’m not taking my daughter to something where we won’t see others.
Think I will stick with the Nottingham meet 3 days before and be done with it, saves me the trouble of driving up again.

There will be more than ten there.
This post just shows that ten members want advanced tickets.
Can everyone please post on this thread, if they will be attending or not. So that we can see a true representation of the numbers attending.
This used to be a 2 day event and we always managed at least 30 cars on each day, so what’s going on… :shock:

£6 for everyone over the age of 14 years

You will also get free admission from this event into the Ford rally event which is just next door.
This is a good event with loads to do and loads of motors.

I will be camping over on Saturday night with my parnter Tina. I believe that Mr and Mrs Beales will also be camping over.
As far as I’m aware Dave its their wedding anniversary and I dont think they are going, maybe just the Sunday.

There is outside catering providing hot and cold food, in addition at the venue there is a courtyard setting offering a bistro, art gallery and a variety specialist studio shops.
