I have the passes now, does anyone know a good place to meet to hand out the tickets, or should we meet at exeter services, I will hand some out at JAE.

I was gutted to miss JAE (I actually cried :oops: ) but Neil thinks he has a spare ticket for this one for me so see you there.

Dont worry, you didnt miss much.
Despite all the effort that James and everyone else who got into the spirit of the beach party put into it which made it a fun weekend, it was spoilt because the band got shut down after 3 or 4 songs. Nobodies fault but the weather was crap all day on saturday.& we all got some very strange looks from the other clubs when we walked over to the toilets in our beach gear
On the sunday when the weather was at its best, everything got put away early although we thought that it was going to be packed up after lunch and a lot of the members then left early also

Sedgemoor serives 6:30-6:45
Taunton Dean 7:15-7:30
Exeter Services 8:00-8:20 (To hand out the tickets).

If anyone can think of anywhere closer to the racecourse to hand out the tickets please let me know.
