Think I’ll aim to get there about 2ish, you got a particular services in mind on the M1 which is easy to meet up at?

Hope you all have a good day and the weather holds, forecast looks promising.

JC

Was a nice day out - great to meet some new faces, the pub was ok, the weather was nice, the traffic on the '25 tolerable.

Cheers

Enjoyed the company as always!
see you in a couple weeks time, cannot make tomorrows meet ,Kiefer playing Footie somewhere in the UK!

managed to get a puncture about 5 miles away from home on some back road with no street light… We do know how to spend our evenings !

Well its been a while since I did an Essex meet, good to see many of the regular faces there plus some new ones. Nice to meet up with Andy Luka who travelled all the way down from Sheffield, its been a long time but then again it seems like you have never been away.

Also Scott from Gloucester and Malcolm who like me done a 200mile round trip.

See you soon guys

Brendan

It seemed like a decent turn out and always a pleasure to talk about GTO’s most of the day, felt really welcome, thanks!

Good to meet Rob and remember the face responsible for the banter and the “fackin” expletives which are usually part of our conversations on the phone

Look forward to getting to a few more meets and especially the christmas do!

Sorry, I didn’t catch his name, but is that guy with the gto sunroof cover interested in letting Martyn taking some measurements from it with a view to replicating it?

Thats Mick who posts under Longpig and Tracey (Skippy69).

Brendan

It was a nice day , weather stayed good and i met some more nice owners. As a fairly new member i never knew many people apart from steve angie and young david.oh and Rob ofcourse .
Sorry i couldn’t buy the Amber Spark plug cover Brendan but i need Blue under that hood not red! Ha Ha . Anyway i see a few good ideas on cars there to. Oh and the hamburgers and hot dogs were both fine!

Thanks for nice day Ray

Damn, I just found out about this today.

Always next year.

Great day, same steadfast few plus some new faces, which was nice to see.
Numbers way down on last year.
We finally left just after 8 leaving Scott and Rob still yapping till god knows what time!

We left a few minutes later - I got home around 10.15pm after a ‘spirited’ drive along the M25/M40/A40…

It was great to meet up with a few old faces and great to meet some new ones as well. A nicely done day, cheers Rob…well done and organised.
