New to the club but went to Billing when I had my first GTO a few years ago. Camping close to GTO area? If so I might buy a tent and get up there. Ticket info please?

we cant guarantee that the camping will be close - we dont know where our plot is yet, but dont worry about your car - many people stay up very late, and there is a 24hour security and police presence on the site during the show. the showground is also secured at midnight, being surrounded by a 10ft steel pallisade security fence.

I am coming to this show as i enjoyed so much last time. My friend Kim would like to know if she can come and model on some of the cars on our stand if that would be ok with you guys / girls. She has just been to the mod nats show and did some shoots there on chazzys car and various others including my soarer.

Just a couple of questions - is it ok to pitch up on the Friday and set up camp? Also do we camp as a group on our plot next to the cars or do we camp separate from them?
Yes you can come friday and pitch up, although there will be nothing going on that evening - friday isnt part of the show. we camp separately from the cars, in the camping area. usually we try to bunch together, but there is no restriction on where you can camp within the camping areas 
Cool - will the club stand be there on friday or does it get put together on the saturday? Any special way of co-ordinating grouping for camping?
we will be putting the stand together on the friday, you are welcome to come and help
usually the early arrivers pitch their tents and then everyone who arrives later goes for the same area.
james, my self and my brother will come along on friday and help you set up!!

I’m stuck in London on Friday (12 hour day too) I think so will travel up on Saturday, probably mid-morning. Bit of a bugger really. I still need to send a cheque was it £11?

Hopefully the scottish contingent will arrive about 3-4pm depending on traffic. Happy to help any way we can when we get there.
Do you know how many will be coming from across the border?
3=4pm is usually a good time to get there on the friday as you will be just ahead of the peterborough rush hour traffic.
Only 4 from jockland at the moment. The rest of us couldn’t get visa’s in time!
Am I right in saying that the Scottish convoy will be travelling down on the Friday. That was my intentions and I know Chooch was thinking the same.
