Steve I’m not leaving Reading until 7am. It’s only an hour from here, so I should be there in plenty of time to get in by 9.30am. Especially, as I doubt the motorway will be busy.
The motorway wont be but Japfest will be a nightmare to get in. The earlier you arrive the quieter it is.

Steve you can que for over an hour just in castle Combe village! You’ll want to leave earlier than that
If I leave eariler I have to get up earlier though! I guess I could have a nap in the car once I am there though.
That’s what I do, they made it better last year but the year before people were in a queue for 1-3 hours
