Hi @angus - the club doesn’t have any control over the tickets and their availability. Best this is to email the organisers directly- there will be an email on the site/ ticket.

@angus I’ve just read on Facebook that there has been an issue with Club Booking for the last couple of days, but it’s now resolved.

Might be an idea to try again.

I think it might be sold out? Still only able to buy passenger tickets - no option for club display.

Booked myself into the show and shine paddock instead

This event sells out earlier each year- which is a great sign that the Jap car community is alive and growing :+1:

@3000gt thank you i booked ok but its showing booking fir Silverstone but location Goodwood??
Does it notify the club when bookings are made for a club stand?

Hi @Lara - unfortunately no we really don’t get any details from Japfest organisers. The tickets in your email will have a date on them etc…

Hi good morning ive also printed the club ticket but i couldn’t see the hanger that we hang on the mirror to print! Are you guys sending them via post or they come out for printing at a later date?

Hi Jerry,

On the order confirmation email it says that the Display Passes will be sent out “no later than 3 days before the event”.

Hi everyone- the club driver entry pass is now available to download from the Japfest site.

If you find the email they sent confirming your original booking and follow the link to log into your account under the tab “your vehicle passes” you will see the file to download.

Remember you must print this and display in your car to gain entry.

Unfortunately the club are unable to assist with any issues regarding ticket access etc… as this is a direct booking with the organisers.
