I doubt if we will have a spare pass, as I currently only have one and will use that for the GTO UK trailer and Van.
We are currenly trying to get one for the Hog roast and Food cars
I think you will be able to park in the public car park with no problems

Got my tickets today, but I am slightly confused :? Do we not need vehicle passes to get in with, otherwise anyone could drive in & say they were with a club or whatever, likewise, Diane could have her ticket & just follow me in

No you dont need a vehicle pass, its up to the clubs to police members parking on the stands. Its done like this so that if a non member does come in and park on the stand they HAVE to join the club or we can request that security remove them and if you havent seen the security blokes beforeā¦wellā¦they are huge!
and NO non-asian cars will be allowed in without a support pass.

Ok so this being my first event can someone step through the procedure :?:
gonna have my wife and kids in the mitis and some friends following.
Now i have 2 tickets so how will i pay for the kids?
I dont have a membership card will i need one?
Where will my friends have to park?

I dont have a membership card for this year either come to think of it? Does that matter??? Ive got a GTOā¦hopefully the guy on the door will realise that Iām legitimate!!!
James and Simon have a list of all the full members so know who is meant to be on the stand and who shouldnt be there. There should be no problem at the gate as long as you have a normal ticket which you either bought from the GTOUK team in advance or you will be able to pay at the gate at Ā£15 a ticket (this is not a special ticket, its just the normal ticket, there are no special tickets or passes at all for club members ā¦ unless you are of authoritayyyyy and then you have special passes) ā¦ If you have any problems at the gate, which you shouldnt, just go and find James or Simon or anyone else that is running the show and they will be able to resolve a few issuesā¦
Any friends that have brought their own cars will be able to park in the public carpark, which is apparently just off the map ā¦

To answer some of your questions for the newbies:
On arrival at the gate you will give over your ticket if you have one or pay on the gateā¦ you will be issued with a wristband for access on and off the site, also a map of the event and entry forms for various events.
Follow the map to the GTO stand or Camping areasā¦The map is also on page 1 of this thread. Most of us who are camping will be trying to camp in the area nearest the club stand.
If you have friends who are coming for the day, they will nead to park in the public car parkā¦ all cars on the stand are GT/Gtoās apart from the club support vehicles.
Food is provided for payed up members ( you will be issued a wrist band ) over the Saturday and Sunday, usuall burgers, bacon, sausages in buns etcā¦on the Saturday evening we have hired a company to provide a hog roastā¦ For those of you arriving to help set up on the friday evening, we usualy head off to the pub over the road for food.
Alcohol is provided by yourself, tea, coffee, soft drinks etc are provided by the club.
There will be a club merchandise stand this year.
Main thing is to get together and have fun. Dont forget to bring your costume for our beach party on Saturday night.
Oh and if everyone can start praying for the summer to arrive, we may stay dry.
