I will be going other way round the āparking lotā aka M25.
but really keen to see some other guys there so im well chuffed now. Lets just hope the old girl holds out and doesnt drop her belly on the start line :oops:

Good day out, nice to meet you Julian and sorry I didānt get round to the others, did give one or two of you a wave though, my mate with the brown beetle started off a bit poor with 14s but finished the day with a 12.9 beating a scooby in the process, I think the wind was a big factor early on, the better times came later when it dropped. I saw a couple of GTās go up, was it Fastbike who ran a 13.9 or something?

Brill day out, i only got to meet elton & saw whoever it was in the silver one.
Got a little phone video of eltonās run from the start line, not very good but worth a few seconds to watch.

Well for a first time on the track I think it didnt go to bad. First run was my best at 13:83 @101mph. Then i wanted more and turned the boost up a little,ā¦Result ? SLOWER !!! Got little frustrated and tweaked just a tad more boost,ā¦ Result ?? EVEN MORE ā ā ā ā ā ā SLOWER !!!
Any way to cut a long story short here, I found on the way home that the boost controller flashed red every time I buried my foot down. Fiddled with the settings and found why I went slower when I turned up the boost.
The guy who had the controller before me had set it to scramble at 1.2 bar for 4 seconds in every WOT. So every time I floored it, it would overboost and cut down to jsut above stock boost :evil:
now I have set it up properly she was running like the devil on the way home. Too little ā¦too late

Hi was great to meet some fellow owners and watching the racing was cool too.
martyn, those are some top pics you took there. iāve got a few but i need to sort my self out and get them off my camera.
elton, iāve got to get me a boost controller now but i think tyres will have to take priority
now i need to find my cheque book and send off my membership.
oh yeah on the way out i spotted another gto - silver and black custom paint - stopped next to it to have a gawk - but no one was nearby and it was getting dark so i left - NEED that hella upgradeā¦ anyoneās here?

Standard fuel system, thats why my times got worse as i tried to tweak the boost a little.
Was still a good day out though. Must do it again sometime guys
