The way i see it is like thisā€¦ It matters not if i get 5 or 25 people at the meet, as long as they are the 5 or 25 people that actually WANT to be there Iā€™m happy.

Iv`e just been back over some past posts of mine & dug this out from a year or so ago, i think this will explain it all :roll: :wink:

**Pointless asking, you will find with this club, half of the ones who say they are coming, wont turn up & those who never even show an interest in coming might turn up out of interest to see the ones who didnt turn up, when those ones realise they missed the ones who turned up to see them, they were upset they never turned up in the first place, then they say they will turn up at the next one but never do cos they have another excuse about why they couldn'tt come, the ones who turned up to see em the first time dont bother coming again to see the ones who didnt turn up co its wasting their time, then some one like me will say, how come we dont have a local meet any more, its because the ones who want it dont always come & the ones who come to meet em get fed up of coming to see the ones who dont turn up, so in the end nobody turns up & we dont have a local meet, hope this brief response explains all ** :roll:

Well, we had quite a good turnout in the end and we even had a bit of sunshine :smiley:

Yes many many thanks to everyone who turned up, ended up a better turnout than expected with 9 cars there, even had a surprise very welcome visit from Homer, Becky & the little baby, lets see if we can beat this one in a couple of months time :roll:

Looks like it was a very good meet, im very sorry i couldnt make it but ive just moved teams at work and had to do a weekend shift :frowning:

Ill be at the next regular meet as its the last time ill be driving her for 3 months while i have my op :frowning:
