Well here we go guys & gals lets see if we can exceed all expectations & have ourselves a super meet, Whilst I have met most of you who normally attend the Yorkshire meet there are a lot of people from both areas that have not met before & I think the whole point of these meets is to do exactly that & meet other members you may not normally get to meet, Sprite suggested the venue so i think that’s as good a start as anywhere, You people will have to come a little further South & we lot will have to come a little further North :roll: But all in all i think it will be worth it, myself & Diane have had a run out to the venue & it all looks a nice place, a good idea would maybe all park on the left as you come through the entrance, we should get most of us together then, well i have done all i can for possibly a good meet, the rest is down to you the members of the respective areas 8) Venue is:

Lets hope we can get all these from the last Yorkshire meet.
Damn - doubtful I can make this - the car is going in on the 20th for new stronger clutch, lightened flywheel and lightened upper crank pulley in preparation for more ponies - the speed my tech works at, or lack of it - (does it on the side), I doubt I will have the car for 3 weeks from that date.
Yes your right Neil, looking so far a very poor turnout, one makes an effort to try & bring the members together & it seems no one is bothered, well Im not one to hold a grudge or let it trouble me & indeed life must go on & if people cant make it then who am i to stand in judgment, but will i be arranging another Nottm/Yorkshire meet, Not a fu**ing chance :evil:
As usual i have left it to the last moment to post a reply but i should be there. The car has been off the road for a week so it will be a good chance for it to stretch its legs!

When i had the meet down my way one of our members lived 1/4 mile away and couldn’t be bothered to come :x

I do wonder if at times it`s really worth the effort, but do have our regulars at least to rely on
unfortunately.
