I took out insurance today for £295 fully comp including legal cover and a 90 day green card on a Jap Import TT. For an extra £49 I added roadside recovery with continental coverage.

Also with Highways, all mods declared 9 years NCB.
No points.
£1500 fully comp (protected) with £500 excess.
On a TT.

That’s OK, just keep going and enter all the details.

I’m 42 (and very happy) with 9+ years NCB and took a £350 excess. Limited to 5000 miles per annum.

Im surprised.

Iv just tried it on confused.com - and got en e-mail saying they would not quote a GTO TT with mods over the net.

They sent this:

Call 08707 709 079 and quote the reference CON2 to let them know we recommend you call them for a quote.

As they could only do it over the phone …

You sure you declared your mods over the internet site …

Highway are good, they quoted me half what everyone else wanted.
