Just to let everyone know…
As we will all be arriving for the meeting prior to the official check-in time of 2pm, if you don’t wish to leave your bags in the car, the hotel has facilities for storing them behind reception until your bedroom is ready.
The choice is yours

You are right @Marty_K we have too, just it can’t be relied upon in case a particular room allocated to one of us happens not to ready, but still worth checking in just in case it is.
