The meet’n’greet event will start at 11am and run throughout the day with the AGM starting at 1pm and is open to all Full Members 2007/2008.

From the M4 exit at Junction 11. Take the third exit off the roundabout signposted to Reading Town Centre. Continue over the next 3 roundabouts. After passing B&Q and McDonalds on your left, continue over the traffic lights and turn left signposted to Green Park. Continue over the set of traffic lights, 100 Longwater is the first building on the left hand side.

Take A33 to Reading. Drive for approximately 2 miles, over various
roundabouts, and join the inner distribution road (IDR), take the underpass signposted for Caversham and Henley. Continue for three quarters of a mile in left hand lane. At the next roundabout, bear left, continuing along Caversham Road to the next roundabout (you will now see the hotel). Turn left, then right after the pedestrian crossing to enter the hotel car park
The evening event will be a river boat cruise on the River Thames,
the boat will leave the Hotel at 19:00 and includes a buffet, It will have a Pirate theme and feel free to dress up.
On returning Residents of the Crowne Plaza can be served in the Residents bar
