AGM Next Weekend 6th April

Some maybe don’t know, but the Club has to abide with the Club Constitution, which by law must have, an AGM.

This basically means, whatever the Committee Members have going on in their daily lives, or full time work commitments, THEY HAVE TO BE THERE, even if you don’t turn up.

We do this for you, the members, so you can contribute to how GTOUK is run.

There’s nothing more disheartening than all the preparation and then speaking to an empty room.

We’ll be there on Saturday, hope to see some of you there.

Hotel available if you need an overnight stay, but great to have your contribution for the AGM meeting if you can.

Starts at 3:30 with people arriving between 2 - 3 for a drink and chat etc…

Hi Lara,

Check in your room and meet in the Lounge/Bar around 2pm for a drink if you like, AGM officially starts at 3.30pm but we usually have a bit of a natter in the bar beforehand .

Not sure you’ve downloaded the right things.

Have you just printed the email off, if so you need to log in to your account, which is the black box on the email.

Then you also need your vehicle pass which looks like this

Both can be downloaded from your Japfest account, on this page, using the tabs on the left hand side, as below
