Since thursday night Claire had been having practice contractions, last night they starteed getting painful and Yoshi charged his V6 way to the maternity unit after we had called ahead. Turns out Claire’s blood pressure was through the roof, only way to bring it down was an emergency C-section at 3ish this morning.
So little baby Ella Rose Dickens was born this morning at 3.45, weighing in at 4 pounds 13 ounces. She is a little early at 35 weeks - but cute as anything I have ever seen. Mother and daughter are doing just fine - will be home soon. I’ll try and get some pictures posted ASAP!
