Well its here guys…
The field has just been done yesterday and is ready for the annual pilgramige of GTO’s :lol:
The only real change to last year is i wont be supplying any meat, it is a total ‘bring your own event’ as i have had no time at all to make arrangements.
This is a cracking day out as the 50 or so people who attended last year will tell you, all welcome and please remember it is aimed at the whole family.
I intend to host it at Emma’s dad’s (Andy) small holding . Andy as a petrol head has welcomed the idea with open arms and is allowing us to invade his home and one of the fields.
It will be a BBQ where myself and GTOUK will be supplying snacks and soft drinks, salads Etc, however it will be a ‘bring and BBQ’ style event. You bring what meat you would fancy and i will chuck on the BBQ for ya. Bring your own booze too please.
This BBQ is aimed at the WHOLE family and kids more than welcome and dependant on numbers and ages (of kids) we will arrange a bouncy castle too. It will be an all day event where you can arrive from mid morning onwards…early ones have to help :lol: BBQ will be about 12 pm ish onwards
Parking will be in the actual field and is sufficient for about half the club :lol: :lol: However…IF your car is lower than mine (and mine is LOW) there is parking on the road too… I have NO issues at all driving on the hard field.
I will be arranging the clubs equipment too use and Andy has a big ish gazebo to shelter from the sun…should we be so lucky :lol: . I will provide as much as i can for the event, however it would be a help if you could bring your fold up chairs etc if you wish to sit on one…failing that a big blanket will do lovely on the grass.
Entertainment wise…
We will have music , football , cricket set, Quoits and bouncy castle for kids (and Ray :lol: )
