I may have some firends with Jap cars coming down too… I’m looking to run my car on 1/4 mile (1 or 2 runs) and I think my pal(s) might too… I guess they (subaru) owners won’t get onto the revdevils stand…
However i don’t know if I’ll go down the night before or not yet… What time should we meet at Crail?
ewan the more the merrier.all jap cars welcome and its not really a stand we just all park together so your space is kept if your on the 1/4 mile 
last time i met andy at the bridge and we traveled up together about 7.30-8 am.if you get there about 9 -9.30 its just opening and can get a nice site near the track.

Just back from USA so include me in the 10-4 good buddy crap!!!
Im going to Crail, so put me down on the overall list…i can’t register either so we should go in together and meet the rest there.
Aberdeen guys, are we going to meet up early on Sunday morning and drive down together as discussed? What time do we want to get there? What time does it start? Are we going to then meet the Edinburgh and Glasgow etc guys before we go in.
Aberdeen to Crail is about 2.5 - 3 hours I would guess, slow roads when into Fife!
Looking forward to the gathering

Guys - do you think we could all make it to anstruther for 8.45 - 9.00. We can then all run to the strip together from there. How do we all feel about that?
We can try and do that…we all seem to need our beauty sleep up here but so far Chooch, sspepier and myself are up for it…just waiting to see who else we can gather

Just a thought - whats people’s thought about food for the day? There was a burger van on site last time - but does anyone want a disposable bbq and some stuff to chuck on it? I was also thinking of taking some cans of coke or something like that - any preferances if others were wanting something?
Good Idea, I will have the kids with me (trying to make them good petrol heads early) so I will bring along a mountain of crap to keep them going, but will also take along a disposable bbq and some food so I am sure we can pitch in and not starve.
yea i’ll have a portable barbecue and burgers/rolls ect with me aswell.hope its sunny 8)

Whats our plan at Crail in terms of 1/4 mile thrash and/or show and shine, or are we just turning up for a good oggle and beard stroking session. Im fine with being there to eye up the completition as I don’t think my car is anywhere near showing condition (yet) but you never know.
Anyway, I have printed off 5 forms for the 1/4 mile entry and 5 for the show and shine, just in case anyone needs them on the day!
Andy, Scott, APB, can you PM me your mobile numbers please to make meeting up on Sunday a bit easier!

Lol - I’m happy beard stroking and eyeing up other cars up. I would do the 1/4 mile if my radiator wasn’t needing replaced and the lovely aerodynamic dimple that someone added to my passenger door puts me right out of the show and shine! I’m sure I can manage to pass on one of my numbers via pm!
I’m up for a couple runs on the 1/4 mile, I don’t expect any amazing times, but would like to know how it’s performing anyone fancy going head to head? My engine is not done up like yours Mark, so I don’t think I’ll go for show and shine although I’ll give the car a good clean before coming down…
My mate is probably coming with his impreza, which will probably be good competition… Although it depends upon the lambing I’m told…
I was expecting to to a burger van or out for lunch etc… However if everyone’s bringing BBQ’s I’ll give that a go, should be a laugh… I don’t fancy driving down with a gas cylinder, so I’ll go with a disposable one too…

Hi guy’s. How long does it take to get to Crail from Edinburgh? I am in the city all weekend visiting my best mate, and might be able to make it to this for a few hours! It would be fun to have a run or two up the strip (if you don’t mind a couple of Englishmen along!!) but my car is definately not up to the show and shine :shock: Do I need a helmet to run?
