So as some of you might be aware we had a best in show award at JAE voted on by the public and not our members. The public got to take home a GTOUK balloon as a thank you for voting.
So we had 3 awards available
Best interior (including engine bay)
Best exterior
Best overall
(No one member could win more than one trophy)
We did stipulate that the public could only vote for one car in each section

Each winner went home with a trophy engraved with best section JAE 2014
Congrats to everyone who parked on the gtouk stand, the cars all looked to a very high standard. It was a privilege to be parked there and the club got a lot of interest even before we made a noise :lol:
Good work there Steve, these things look simple but a lot of organising goes into it beforehand, printing the voting papers and making the ballot box, setting up on the day, not to mention collating the votes Sunday morning when you are properly done in from the weekends frivolities.
Thanks for putting the figures up for everyone to see, great inspiration for future events.
Looking at the other clubs and displays none were as colourful and exotic as gto uk, we stood miles above the rest for originality, a bright purple car, bright green car then 100 red cars lol. We need some more custom colours at the front, I’ve seen them out there you guys need to come along the club stand was impressive to say the least.
Congratulations to the winners fantastic cars , what I have to say though was the quality of cars on the stand this year was outstanding , we have some really tidy clean and in some cases well modified cars within this club , it really is good to see
