Hi All,

Birthday meet is going be held at Billing Aquadrome on August 9th-11th 2013. Very limited with dates that did not conflict with major events, so I hope this works for everyone. Same as last year £20 per night per car and one tent. We will be back on Teal Meadow. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask but details will follow shortly :slight_smile:

yeah will be there as haven’t been before, be good to get another convoy organised again from Chievelly Services especially all from the south/southwest

Is there a day pass price for those who want to pop along for just the day early evening ??

Yes people can just pay ten pound for a day pass, which you can pay for at the gate. There is also a hotel for anyone who doesn’t fancy camping. –

Are any of the clubs old gazebo’s still available?
Just a thought.
I don’t mind transporting one, but have no idea where they are stored, or if they even exist any longer?

Depends what time they go to bed , that said if you see the way we have behaved at the previous ones you could say we are all big kids

It will be their first time camping so it will be a bit of a tester :-/

Great to see this on the calendar again this year, it’s one of our favourites, thanks guys for sorting it.

Must remember this year to take extra clothes in the event we participate in any daft water games again, :lol: :lol: :lol:

Yes Dani, kids will love the place, it’s actually a proper holiday park, so loads for them to do, indoor swimming etc, here’s a link to the ‘Things To Do’ on the Billing Aquadrome Website.

Hope you can make it, it’s like a mini JAE and I know you are gutted you can’t go to that event this year.

We have stayed at billing before Tracie was just making sure they would be welcome. Its the kids birthdays in August too. Is it Friday to sunday or just friday and saturday? X

Some of the guys have gone down on Friday in the past and left on Sunday , there will also be folks just doing the Saturday and going on sunday

Arrrgh!! No!!! Have just checked the work schedule and found I am in Bournemouth for that weekend.
Damn, was looking forward to that too, even asked a mate to borrow a tent. Damn!!! :x :x
