i was hoping to keep it a surprise , but thought if people saw there was going to a sizeable number coming along it may encourage them to come along, even if only for the day admission and stay a few hours…

I don’t know I got a reply, but are we taking one of the clubs gazebo’s, if they still exist?
I am quite willing to transport one, but don’t know where they currently are stored.
Just we seemed to lack shelter last year.

OK so I’ve Booked for the whole weekend and I’ve been told by work that I can’t get the Friday off now. so I will have to come after work on the friday. Should only be 1.5hrs drive but was wondering…is the park/site closed at a certain time or can I still come in the evening?
Also what size tent are you all bringing? I got a 6 man tent because it was on offer. But it may be overdoing it a little, is it tight for camping space?
They should let you in any time and you can bring any size tent

For anyone who is visiting that hasn’t been before, if you have already paid there is no ticket, your name will be on the list at the reception as you drive in. They will give you the ticket there.
Here is a link to the map of the site, we are on Teal Meadow. As you go through the gate, drive left by the swimming pool and we will be straight in front just over the bridge.

Sorry I missed this post, there is electric hook ups but not directly on the field we are on. There is some just across from where we are and there is a fee for them, but it can be booked if needed.

Likewise will try and have afternoon off.
I plan on leaving leaving mid afternoon, hoping to miss the worst of the traffic.
Aim to be there between 5 and 6pm, but it always takes me longer than I hope :lol:
