rang loads of supposed “import specialist” car insurers and finally ended getting the best deal from elephant.co.uk
im 23 , 3 point speeding , 4 years no claims.

TPFT £1046, £250 excess and stereo cover up to £1000
i thought this was pretty good considering my age :lol:
Hmm… last time I called Elephant, they wouldn’t insure the GTO as it was an import… are you sure they are aware of that, as I said it twice, and they still didn’t catch it until the third time I told them…
did you try sky insurance in the general chat area? they provided the best quotes for 90% of owners on here i think!
snap their hands off!! your lucky to get insurance at all…
I had to wait a year before i could get insured.
with elephant too and can’t fault them…had a claim with them and they were very good and getting my costs back

yep they definately know its an import, they rang me to verify everthing first as well before they finalised it .
