The Traditional Christmas Party Night has been booked for Saturday 1st December 2007 at The Kegworth Whitehouse Hotel, Packington Hill, Kegworth, Derbyshire, DE74 2DF.

Prices negotiated with the hotel are as follows :

Meal only £20.00 per person
Meal, bed and breakfast £45.00 per person based on double or twin occupancy (if single occupancy there will be a £10.00 single supplement)

I have provisionally made a reservation for 50 people to attend this event and need to get full payment to the hotel before the end of August 2007. If you are wanting to attend please PM me and I will let you know who and where to send cheques to.

Mark,
I was due to travel back from Kazakhstan in time to drive down to the Xmas bash but the b*stards have now chagned my rota to 5 weeks out here and I don’t fly back until Dec 5th now!!! So I can’t make it, I will find out if my brother in law and sister can still make it…maybe you can pass the tickets onto another member who can make it!

yeah sorry pal, unless i can drug her again with some sleeping pills but last time she went to bed then got up an hour later and came back to the party, seriously though we are off to see some friends next day in norwich so i dont think she will get too drunk. :lol:
