Christmas Do 2007

I know it seems early but this hotel gets booked up fairly quick so we need to make a decision on this years Christmas Do.

If everyone is in agreement then we will go back to the Kegworth Whitehouse Hotel just off M1 J24 again.

There are two options to choose, traditional or international party night plus bed and breakfast.

Date available: Saturday 1st or 22nd December

Option 1 - Traditional Christmas Party Night

Dinner served at 8.00pm then disco ending at 1.00am

Menu

Soup or Sliced Seasonal Melon

Traditional Roast Turkey or Vegetable Wellington served with veg and roast potatoes

Christmas Pudding or Yule Log

Coffee

Meal only £25

Meal & bed and breakfast £45 each based on a double or twin room, if single occupancy then there is a £10 supplement

Option 2 - International Christmas Party Night

Buffet served at 8.00pm then disco ending at 1.00am

An idea of potential numbers and menu preferences would be helpful so please post up if you will be attending and which option you prefer. I will be informing the Hotel of the meal choice this weekend so don’t be shy.

as ever will definitely put this one in my diary as its a good event. myself and the better half

think the buffet meal is a good idea, gives people a bit more choice, and tends to be a bit more sociable.

I think the 1st would be best as it would be late night on the 23rd before we got back up the road. Just my view.

Never been able to make the Xmas do going away on 6/12 and wont be back for later date but if the 2nd is the date then can i have a double room bb and whatever meal x2

Yeah. Go for it. Either date is fine so double room for Sue & me and buffet for preference.

Trad meal x 1 for me please, and a room with a single supplement please Mark. (as I am now not so young free and single!!)

The 1st would definately be better for me.
