The xmas do will be held in an old favourite on saturday 3rd of December 2016, the last date you can book if 1 November at these rates

I have provisionally booked 20 rooms for us,

The hotel facilities including Spa, Swimming Pool etc,

Prices are as follows for Room, breakfast, 4 Course Christmas Dinner

So to clarify:

The dinner and party night is £22.50 per person,

Double and single- £65 Bed and Breakfast

Executive- £85 Bed and Breakfast.

Disco Party Nights Saturday 3rd December

£22.50 per person
19:30pm sit down for festive meal.

Starters
Tomato and Basil Soup (V)
Smoked Salmon & Prawn Cocktail, brown bread (V,
GF*)
Chicken Liver Pate, toast, red onion marmalade (GF*)

Main Courses
Roast Breast of Turkey, sage and cranberry stuffing, pigs
in blankets, brussel sprouts, honeyed carrots, roasted
potatoes and Turkey gravy.
Fillet of Salmon, crushed new potatoes, Brussel sprouts,
honeyed carrots in a white wine dill sauce.
Baked brie and red onion tart, green salad, roasted baby
potatoes (V)

Desserts
Christmas Pudding, brandy sauce (V)
Warm Chocolate fudge cake, chocolate sauce, vanilla
ice-cream (V)
Vanilla Cheesecake, berry compote (V)

Mulled wine or prosecco on arrival (entirely your

Main: turkey
Pudding: can we get cheese and crackers happy to pay extra us poor insulin dependant peeps don’t do sweet desserts too well? If too much of a faf will have the cheesecake

£10 per person deposit for meal required at time of booking
Balance for the meal ONLY required 3 weeks prior to event (12th November)
Room balance can be paid at same time or on the day.
Can cancel room up to 2pm day before event without charge
Booking confirmation receipt received via email with all the above details

Hulk will be off the road for mods by then so we’'ll be slumming it in my car, but at that time of year, nobody spends much time in the car park looking at engine bays :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
