Right here we go again for the 10th of December for the Xmas bash at the Whitehouse Hotel, Kegworth, Derby, DE74 2DF , I have provisionaly booked 25 rooms for us, Price will include all hotel facillities including Spa, Swimming Pool etc, Room, All you can eat English or continental breakfast, 4 Course Christmas Dinner, Disco & Live entertainment from Supreme Dream a Motown tribute band http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_AUyhF4d54
Price has had to increase slightly but we have still negotiated a good price as it includes all the spa facilities as well & will now be £62.50 per person with a £10 supplement for single occupancy, Meal only is £25 per head, Just to remind you all we do not pay a deposit to the Hotel because its all based on trust, but I could do with all monies in by mid November, Money can be paid via the club shop as soon as Dan has set it up, unfortunately PayPal will add on a small % & this will be rflected in the price you pay through the shop, If you would like to attend probably the premier event of the year then please let me know if you require a Single or Double room & also at the same time what your menu selections are.

Double room, 2 people, everything included = £125
Single room, 1 person, everything included = £72.50
No room but just having the meal = £25

Honey Roast Parsnip Soup (V)
or Chicken Liver Parfait with Onion Marmalade
MAIN:
Traditional Roast Turkey with Sage and Onion Seasoning and Sausage in Bacon.
or Fig, Honey & Goats Cheese Parcel (V) all with a selection of Vegatable, Potatoes and Appropriate Accompaniments.
DESERT:
Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce.
or Lemon Meringue with Chantilly Cream.

We have to cancel our booking for this as I have just found tickets for the O2 for the same date, purchased months ago. Really annoying as we haven’t missed an xmas do to date.

Because we are having technical problems in the club shop it has been agreed to use the clubs other PayPal account for payments for the Christmas party, Please be aware if when doing this it asks you who is paying the 3.4% you must pay this with your payment, Even paid as a gift it now charges the %, In saying that i copied this from PayPal earlier & it is for money transfers only.
