Classic Car Show this Sunday Newbury Berkshire

Hi,

Late notice I know, but there is a classic car this Sunday in Newbury.
I have secured a space for the club, but I will need to know exact number by Friday evening so they can allocate the right size area.
The show has been running 23 years and raises funds for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. They currently have over 400 cars booked in.
It’s free, but appreciate a donation if possible on the day.
More info here: http://www.classicvehicles.org.uk/

I will send them a list of anyone who wants to come on Friday evening around 9pm

Cheers,

Leo

Does a 1997 3000GT count as a classic. Not sure but I’m game for going. Lol

My clutch foot needs another workout. Lol

Yes I felt embarrassed standing out of the car at simply japs and my leg giving up and falling straight to the floor.

Would love to come along to meet you and see that lovely car of yours Leo, unfortunately we’ve had 3 car meet weekends on the trot now and have lots to catch up with this weekend.

If it’s on the calendar next year though I’m sure we’d be up for it.

   know how you feel after being 1 1/2 hours at Bagington roundabout, Coventry on the way to the B/B. As I got out of the car I thought I’d seized up

I’m off to Scotland early hours Monday morning so was going to be packing etc on Sunday, but if I’m organised it’s do-able! Better get the Autoglym back out again

We should be able to go straight in as we will have an allocated space, so can meet up once there unless anyone wants to meet before.
Is it possible to add reg number to the names coming please?
I will be sending them the info on the cars tomorrow evening so they can get the correct size pitch to fit the cars in.

Many thanks, looks like its going to be a good turnout!

Here is a booking form for each car going.
The event would like all cars on site by 9:30am as the event opens to the public at 10am.
I’m happy to meet up at Chieveley services, just say a time

Hi,

Do we print that and bring it or does this need to go back in advance.

Cheers,
Neil.

If you print it and fill it in at home and bring it with you it just saves doing it when you arrive at the event. Which you can do if you prefer. They know the club is coming

Printed and filled out. I’ll have a look tonight and see what the best time would be to meet.

How about we leave Chieveley Services at 9:00am and get there a bit before for breakfast.

Cheers,
Neil.
