After the interest generated on the poll I did a while ago, I have organised this event, the rear of the pub is booked for us and the BBQ is organised. We will be using the rear garden to park our cars on, so we can all walk around enjoy the sunshine and see other peoples cars without having to walk to the car park.

The venue is…The Westcote Inn (http://www.westcoteinn.co.uk/)

Instructions on how to find the place are on their website, its is just off the A424 (Burford to Stow-on-the-Wold Rd) But I will give my number to anyone who wants it if you PM me, just in case you are unsure/get lost.

Sounds good.

I am interested in attending this. Do we need to bring grub/charcoal to chuck on the BBQ, or is the pub doing the catering?

Got a couple of tyres to buy and an MOT before that date, + a not very well rat at the mo, but we are both free that weekend all being well.

GTOUK sorting all the arrangements (small cover charge may be required, and I mean small) the BBQ is being run by the pub (homemade burgers lots of salads etc…)

Just another reason to be a member… :smiley:

So all you guys got to do is turn up and enjoy…(god we’re good to you lot!!! :lol: )

Yeah do that sonic, be good to get a good turn out, Gazeebo will be there so even if the weather not so good we will all be dry, will do a haed count next week…

Hi just been going through future events - do we have to book in advance? As I belive I will be free and will travel over from Stevenage with Gill. Shoud be a good time - if I drink she can drive back!!! she is a good driver - I think!
