**These are original replacements for the Dash Board Demister Vents **
The most common fault found on any GTO or 3000GT is the broken dashboard Demister Vents.
These Mounts fit all models and years
Sold as a pair, these are easy to replace taking 20 minutes to do and are direct replacement for your old damaged items.
Make the dashboard of your car look so much nicer for just a few minutes work and for half the price they would be from your local Mitsubishi Dealership
I found conflicting advice on fitting these.
Do they just clip in/out or do you have to strip down the the top dash to get to some screws that hold them. :?:
If you do it correctly you need to remove the dash to unscrew them.
But bugger that I levered mine out with a big screwdriver and glued the new ones in place with silicone, and they have been fine for 5 years like this. Also did the same with Bren’s about a year or 2 back.

I bought a set off Rob and i installed mine the same way as Mark B mentioned.
I have not had any problems either.
But before anyone does just rip them out please remember to unclip the photo sensor, *"This is the sensor that tells the full-auto air conditioner control unit when the outside light intensity is greater than 100,000 lux, or when it is “sunny out”. * This can be found in the passenger-side ganish. You will need to remove the glove box to get access to the wirings.
