Elt, dont hold your breath about keeping fingers intact if you have to change the clutch on the shopping kart!!! Absolute pig of a job that is!!! Good results tho, what replacement tub you putting on??

Was very happy with the results thb, and don’t expect any more power from the replacement tub either as the internals were good…Its just the waste gate issue.
I will be fitting a stock TD05 16G back on. To run more than 400bhp you really need to forge the engine so don’t see a point of a bigger tub. As for clutch change…Hmmm , looks as bad if not worse than a GTO one to do :? :lol:

You may not see more power but with quicker spool I reckon you will see quite an improvement on your torque

It is, the centre diff id seperate and weighs a ton!! the clutch it’s self was the biggest prob i found! it’s one of them reverse sprung jobbies, the release bearing is clipped onto the clutch plate an is a bitch to clip off!!!
