I’m just thinking site features and about how much eBay is “actually used”

Use it all the time tbh just easy, way to deal with getting bad service or usless items is try not to buy out of uk unless you have to, mostly sellers now use eBay free returns label or if really bad shove a none receipt PayPal claim in.

I find it very useful for certain things , sold the truck on there via the classifieds in less than 24 hrs

We use Amazon a lot too as we have next day delivery , same day in some instances

Love eBay. There are things I get that I can’t seem to get off amazon or anywhere else, specifically 1:16 scale RC model tanks etc. (Side hobby)
Love the thrill too of winning/loosing :joy:

No scam , I have been contacted by Mr umbongo from Nigeria , apparently my uncle has died over there and left me a huge estate , if I send my bank details they will transfer it to me ,

Been days now and it’s still not in my account , can’t wait to spend it

This totally sounds like a scam usually it’s “three tons of bananas” - I think someone is having you on.
