eBay listings on the forum

I’ve robbed this idea off another forum :oops:
Would it be worth having a section in the full members section for people to put up eBay/Auction site listings. You wouldn’t be able to link to items you have for sale (that’s what the For Sale section is for) but you could put up links to listings you think others might be interested in or items you are thinking of buying but you’re not sure if it is any good or not.

I would be interested if you think this is a good idea or not and would be interested in the Mods opinions :smiley:

I think this is deffo a good idea.

We had this section on the Prelude UK owners forum and theres always something that someone wants and that someone else has found!

E.g. about a month ago there were carbonfibre headlight covers for a MK1 GTO on the eBay.

I would have posted it on the site if it was allowed so someone else could have bought it! But someone might have missed out because i cant let other owners know about it :cry:

Get us an Ebay section! :smiley: We all deserve it!

The only section that says you cant use e-bay links is General Discussion.

but if you are after an ebay “” steal " and some kind soul puts it up here for all to see (too lazy to search ebay themselves) you end up with a fight on your hands :x and bye bye steal :cry:

I know how you feel on that one. I’ve been after a few bits I was hoping to get nice and cheap only to get someone else post a link on this very forum. Saying that I still think it might come in handy for some members but looking at these figures so far it doesn’t look like it will be going ahead anyway.
