Not really as Mark needs the results to trace where the problem is.
If anyone else wants to ping or tracert the site here’s what you do if you’re running Windows:
From the desktop, click start
Select Run
In the Run box, type command
Click OK
The DOS window will pop up. At the C:\WINDOWS> prompt type ping www.gtouk.co.uk and press enter.
You will see some results pass through the screen.
It will tell you if there were any packets lost in the transfer (0% loss is what you want to see).
8 ) It will also tell you the average speed, in milliseconds.
To close the DOS window, type exit at the C:\WINDOWS> prompt and press enter.
To Tracert instead of typing ping and then the web address you just type tracert
You can type your results or as me you can print screen and post up the image.
mine was running like shite so I changed to gtouk.org.uk and everything was a lot better. Is that the right address or not as I was using gto.co.uk before and it kept chucking back errors etc.
