Fosse Way run to AGM

Anyone up for a Fosse Way run to the Agm again?
We meet up at cirencester, at the services, just off the a419. There is a little thief/chef there for a coffee
How does meet for 9.30, for a 10am departure sound?
It’s not a bad run, and we can get nearly all the way there on the Fosse.

I am aiming/planning to be in the GTO, but fully accept it may yet not happen, so may be in the Mercedes.
Will still meet up, if not in the GTO, although I appreciate I may well be left behind on the run to the AGM.

I know the feeling, trying to keep up in the Audi last year, then I got sat navved, hopefully I’ll have mine back together by then, 3rd gen lifters going in next…

We really need to do a slowest car leads thing.
Especially if there is a non GTO in the convoy. It’s just a GTO is easy to follow, as it’s easy to spot, although, like you say, keeping up with one can be challenging!!
No good reason mine won’t make it. Been on it most of the day today.
All working properly, Now Insured. Just the MOT next sat, and I don’t anticipate problems there. Fingers crossed!

Also, a couple of years ago, we met up with some others at Halford, just before the A429 turns off the Fosse Way. Anyone interested on meeting up and joing us there?

@Marty_K just a thought mate as your coming down the fosse , you haven’t got to cut through Gaydon have you ? Even near it may be a problem on a Saturday mind .

They are doing a lot of road restructuring in the area and it’s caused me some grief while out working that way , might want to adjust your times if it’s on route

@Marty_K do you have a postcode for where we are meeting, (just to check we meet in the right place)? Or is it easy to find?

Cheers,
Neil

It’s easy to find neil as it is just off the A419 junction Cirencester - Stow

Just finished putting mine back together, nothing like leaving things until the last minute, got a couple of bolts left to put in but its dark now so don’t want to risk dropping anything…but it starts and runs so I guess tomorrow will be a road test!

May the Fosse be with you!
