A couple of years ago Mark Beales arranged a go karting session before the Christmas party & it proved a big hit, just wondering if anyone is up for it this year, we need a minimum of 9 teams of two & it will be open to non party goers as well, although priority will be given to members attending the party in the event of too many people wanting to go :roll: . cost is £40 per person, the last time we raced, wives, girlfriends, husbands, boyfriends etc were all welcome to drive. It`s a one hour endurance race with as many pit stops/changeovers as you like. Venue is at Loughborough around 15 mins away from Hotel.
I’m up for this.

YES IM UP FOR THIS, loved it last time, now then our lass is too far gone to play this time so can i team up with some loner like myself!! if not i will pay the full wack and just do the full session, dont worry im not wanting to come in a place im just up for knocking the wax bloke off the track again, we came third last time and got a nice shield for it.

well done julian , how many folk do we need??
They normally require 20 people for exclusive use, that would be 10 for us & 10 from another club & that would be racing as 2 people per kart that’s 5 pairs from each club.

well, as i say i dont mind paying the £80 and getting an hours worth in.
Have posted this up on the JAPMIDS site & challenged em to a karting race, they will now see if they can get a team together to race against us.
