Do those delimiter chips on Ebay actually work? And if so where do they go?

Welcome to GTOUK Lee no used one of these but I don’t see why not it’s a universal part after all, I’m sure someone in here will know better . What mark is the car and have You got any pictures ?

For delimiting the car for mk1 you don’t need to buy anything just get to the ecu behind the centre console find pin66 it’s a yellow wire and just cut it.
