As a Full Member we would like to invite you to join us at our Xmas Party on 13th December 2025

This has always been a great evening to end the year on, with a 3 Course Meal, Disco, DJ and Dancing, with an option to book a room and stay over.

The Club has this year been able to negotiate great room prices for our Members (details below) as you can see the prices are the same as last year!

MENU CHOICES

Starters

  • Cranberry and brie wontons with spiced cranberry sauce
  • Mulligatawny & Coconut soup
  • Everyday Favourites Chicken Liver & Cognac Pate

Mains

  • Roast Turkey and stuffing
  • Braised beef in red wine sauce (GF)
  • Stuffed butternut squash with peppers and basil (VE)(GF)All mains served with seasonal vegetables and crispy roast potatoes

Desserts

  • Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
  • Chocolate Truffle Tort with whipped cream
  • Lemon meringue with whipped cream

Price - £30 per person - However, as a gesture of gratitude to our loyal Members, the Club, this year, will pay for the meals of Full Members.

How Does this Work???
You initially pay for your meal/s via the Club Shop, approximately 2 - 4 weeks after the event you will be refunded. This stops the Club incurring costs in the event a Member does not turn up to the Meal.

These are the negotiated prices for GTOUK Members Only, they are in limited supply so if you are staying over, please book your room as soon as you know you are going.

To BOOK A ROOM - Please Call 01509 672 427 Quoting GTOUK, no payment is taken at the time of booking, however a card number will be required to secure the booking, payment is upon departure.

Please note: room rates are subject to change depending on the nature of the booking.

Please add your food orders when you have purchased your ticket(s) in the comments below. Please don’t give them to the hotel at the time of booking.

Hi all

I am really gutted but we can’t make it this year. Life is getting in the way and throwing us some curve balls at the moment with parents and children being the root causes. But have the best time and I will be having a drink with you from home and I will see you next year.

Just for the newer members, this is a great event for you to meet the rest of us, and is not so centred around the car, so great to bring the other half.

We are a club that encourages members to meet and join events, and have never just been a web or facebook club.
