Pretty sure there will be tbh Tom , you could always ring the hotel and see what they have on offer or could do for you, they will be used to catering for different food types and allergies

No, they told me to give our committee the food orders, as I said that the booking was under GTOUK. 
Do you think I’d better ring them and check?

Probably Terry as everyone else has given them their food order, we are taking a list on the day in case of any hiccups, but guess they will need to know before that.

I have spoken to the hotel and they are happy to cater for a vegan.
You would need to specify this when you book obviously and he also suggested just mentioning it upon arrival.
