Just a quick post to say hello.

I bought a MK1 red GTO in June of last year but haven’t had the opportunity to drive it too much until recently.

Planning to take a drive to Scotland in July so busy giving it a full service.

I was a member on ■■■■■ BOO…HISS but signed up for here on the recommendation of Mark, a fellow owner who lives nearby.

Before the GTO I had an ST205 Celica GT4. Loved it to bits but the engine went pop, heres hoping the GTO becomes all the monster the Celica was and more!

No need to worry fellas, it’s barely visible at the best of times let alone when its been resized to fit the small profile picture lol. It’d be like spotting an ant on the moon.

Yep that’s the fella. Saw pictures of his car on his phone, thought to myself “yeh, looks pretty standard, hasn’t done much in 10 years” til he revealed his engine bay :open_mouth:

ah another owner from the fens? as im sure mark has already said but if you need any help or advice there is little on these cars I haven’t done in the past simply ask.
