Hi i am new to this site, I currently have a 1992 Mitsubish Gto Mk1 TT with the moon roof (Jap import obviously) and I am looking to put this car back on the rd I have owned it for well over 20yrs and used to drive it daily, I am now wanting to bring it back to rd legal. It had extensive works before it went off the rd, it has now been tucked in a garage for 10+ yrs is it worth trying to get road worthy again???, this car was undersealed on arrival to the U.K. and if so who is best equipped and experienced for this task in the U.K.?. For context this car has had a full engine overhaul to standard spec by sitech racing, a gearbox rebuild and high power clutch by calder racing developments, and had a new transfer box ordered from America, before being put off the rd after only doing around 5-6k miles after the work had been done above. It will need mechanical freshening and maybe some tunning modification along with probably full paint and probably some body work (maybe) and interior work retrim etc and very very possibly alot of electrical work lol and if anyone could give me a rough figure of how much this would likely cost yes daft statement I know but all help greatly recieved and appreciated thanks in advance C.
Hi and welcome to the club, cant help with the cost but do a full service, change any odviously perished hoses and put it through an MOT, and work from there! 
idleness kills these cars unfortunately.
By full service im implying a cambelt change and for that you probably want to set aside about £800-1000, unless you do it yourself. depending on if you go for a oem water pump or not, your looking at ~£200-500 for the parts.
