and other types of flags are marked against users when:
And a moderator / administrator agrees or find it helpful.
Usually people can’t see these flags - you can because you are a moderator.
That’s the “Flag” button:
Press it and it will list a whole bunch of options:
There isn’t a way to say it’s helpful… that’s missing the idea.
If you say flag a post as “Off-topic” and the admin / moderator agrees, then you might get a helpful flag.
Be-careful though - they might disagree - then you get another kind of flag against your account.

This isn’t me or my mistake, the text is defined by the upstream developers.
Although you perhaps “own” the bookmark items in this case “bookmarks” is plural and apostrophes are never used to denote plurals.
Think you missed the mistake I ment.
I had highlighted what turned out to be the bookmark button…(you said it was the flag button)
The flag button has a flag and a pole in it.
I spotted that you had highlighted the bookmark icon tbh matey , as your a pikey though I knew education would be lacking so let it slide
