Hi everyone newbie here and hopefully a new owner ive read the buyers guide aswell.I’m going to have a look at this gto tomorrow im over an hours drive away car has little history so the cambelt will have to be changed along with a service it has a oil leak which was an mot advisory not excessive and the owner said its not dripping potentially coming from the back of the engine from what he could see hes kindly took pictures of the underneath for me any advice would be greatful ive knocked him down to £1900 it looks tidy but im no expert its a 1993 n/a auto 57000 miles! Welcome to GTOUK Liam Buyers Guide covers more a less everything, as You said if You get the car do the cambelt if unknown when was done last and use genuine parts ( see Rob @ Evil Empire ) Pay attention to rust at the back blocked drains cause big problems !

Check on the auto box history too things like when was the filter changed and when was the transmission oil last changed
