I dare you lot to try and find me some cheap insurance am 24(11/09/80) share full no claims with my dad who is 54 (15/07/50) and have a tt on j reg 91 now see what you lot can do and then see how shocked i was. :cry:

Tried Adrian Flux? They were the only people who’d touch me on a GTO TT at 27, with 7 years NCB.

i can get £1400 fc on elephant.co.uk for a 1991 TT, but a 3000gt, not a gto. not sure of the difference an import would make, have to ring the sometime. :roll:

21, 2 years NCB, 1 no fault accident, 3 points sp60, missus with clear record as second driver

nearest quote was £2320, which is a deposit on a house, and therefore, too much.

I wouldn’t bother… I tried them, they quoted… then I repeated, again, that it was an import and that is ok right? At which point they trebled the quote.

22, 3 yrs no claims, clean licence, fully comp 91tt gto… £1500 with tesco

but new policy holders now have to be over 25

Try The Insurance Factory - 0870 777 8181, they are the only ppl to insure me for a half decent price…

try Privilege they did a good quote for me £644 fully comp protected, but i am 32

Well this excersis provide one thing it does not always prove good or cheap to be young as we pay for everyones mistake , but thanks for the response guys :cry:

all u lot should try and get a letter from your employers stating that you have had personal use of a company car or van for the past 4 yrs or so and have been accident free, most insurers will accept this because your not named on any policy, its a business one!!! trust me, good luck.
