hello just got back from holiday and glad to let you all know im safe and none of the hurricains hit the deminicain so …

had a great time although if you do go dont book in at the Dreams hotel… we got thier stood around for 3 hours to then find that they over booked the hotel by 48 rooms

So that was that, but we did end up in a nice hotel resort with a golf club and free drinks (all inclusivie)

Hope the JAE went well sorry i couldnt make it dew to the holiday would of been nice meeting a lot more of you but im hoping to make next years :slight_smile:

I’m off to the Dom Rep on Monday. Monday can’t come quick enough.

i went a few years ago, was a place called Sosua, Casa Marina Beach was the resort, fantastic place great weather and free beer and spirits, have fun!!

Stayed there twice now, lovely resort can’t fault it. Going to the other side of the island for a change. For a good value holiday you can’t beat it. Was in the travel agents today and the holidays to the Dom Rep were cheaper than most to Europe.
