I'm not a Paid member?

Tried to join chat just and it said I am not a full member. Although I only recently paid my membership fee which lasts until march 2014.
I used chat before now but suddenly I can’t

It is becuase you are in the 13/14 membership group and chat is still using the 12/13 groups , dont worry its nothing untoward
