Ive looked in this section, quotes for under 25s at Adrian Flux, lucky because i didnt!
Basically anyone whose under 25 has to get the 3000GT, thats not a bad thing, its just theyre ruddy hard to find these days.
Anyone found any decent insurer for the under 25’s??

Sorry to hear about your insurance woes. I had a similar experience, as i’m 24. I ended up going with Keith Michaels 0208 642 7868. Although, my insurance is massive (1850 TPFT), this is mainly due to my area and only having 1 yr ncb. You didnt mention where you are, or how many ncb you have… but i can imagine it’ll be a very big quote all the same.
I know that there are a fair few ppl on here that are under 25, so dont give up, some have quotes considerably less than mine. Should be much easier for you if you have a 3000GT, as most have GTO’s and are of course harder and more £££ to insure.

I had the same problem as i just bought my GTO Twin turbo and just turned 23 a few months ago
I was fobbed of by nearly everyone
But i am now insured by firebond through maxinsurace and im only £1250 fully comp with protected no claims
I also have 9 points and the car is mildly modded
If you have previous experiance on a high performance car you get good discount!
Im 22 with 4yrs no claims and i have an import TT, im with tesco and pay 1400 with B.P.U’s all declared. I had to have a tracker but i was going to get one anyway! Hopefully mine will go down this time round as it hasnt seen the road in 6 months so i will have full no claims!
I pay £1360 on a standard Mitsubishi 3000 GTO :roll: fully comp. I am 21 with no points and 1 years no claims. I have CAT 1 alarm and immobiliser, keep my car in a garage overnight and am insured through Admiral.
A point of interest, Admiral quoted me £5300 for the same thing 6 months ago, only difference between then and now is the 1 years NCB. :?
As i said earlier m8, and the posts so far seem to point it out very well, there’s young drivers getting decent deals. All down to persistance, 1 week it’s a huge quote, a few weeks later it’s half that…
Yeah ive got 1 years NCB but thats a 10mth accelarator deal with elephant, also im from a fairly good Post code in watford, thing is you basically need an immobiliser and tracker, i know the 3000GT has an immobiliser as standard but what about a tracker is that standard?

If it’s a 3000GT rather than a GTO A-plan will quote you without having to refer you to their import insurers - i got quoted £1350ish tpft (21yrs old, 2nd car, garaged, etc) for the 3000GT but they won’t quote for a GTO until i’m 23

24 [25 this aug], getting an auto gto, 3year nc, full time student at home, not getting much luck with prices.
