trouble is @Steven_Smith , there is absolutely no formula that can apply to this, so you won’t be able to do one of your analytic spreadsheets, it’s called… Sales mate.
Other odd things are taken into account (and shared between insurers), if you have a policy cancelation because you couldnt keep up with payments or theyre just been what they are, it is a massive black mark
