hi,
we have the biggest event ever held on the island this month,
on the 19th and 20th of september,
it holds as many vehicles that can turn up,both days or just the one day whichever suits you.
on the saturday its in newport quay harbour along side the medina river,
on the sunday its held on ryde seafront,literally on the beach,
last year was the best ever with over 400 cars,this year its said to be even bigger,thousands of spectators,
ive been told with reliable information because its a charity event,if your part of the show,and you have proof of your iow ferrie ticket,they will reimburse your money,i know the organizer,so i will see him myself about the refunds,
this is why they get such a good turnout,
i cant say better than that,
so any gto members in the south come on down for a free day or 2 on the island,
then afterwards,a steady cruise to another seafront location for a few sherberts.
