This will help. The only difference is the BOV doesnt need a custom pipe. Just a 90deg piece of silicone pipe. Any problems call Amber and they will help you out.

thanks very much seeing ill be using an amber bov i may aswell ask them to fit it whilst im there any idea on how much they are to fit

Nice , seen that one up for sale , tidy looking motor .

Must admitt they did a hell of a job on the repair on that , didnt think that would ever be straight again and see the road

LOL wanted a mk1 tbh but beggers cant always be choosers,engine bays a blank canvas too,nice summer pottering jobs,i potter thesedays

Cant beat a 6 hour drive to pick up on any cars faults unless its a seven hour drive ofcourse,just hope im not ringing for a trailor after 20 minutes

I’m sure it will be great,I got a friend to go get mine on the train thought that way I would just get a surprise at how good it was when he got here…got lots of surprises many unexpected ones lol but I didn’t expect a masterpiece for 2 1/2 grand nearly there now though :blush:

Do You mean Prestwick near Ayr west of Scotland ? I’m in Glasgow 40 minutes drive and I’m off work tomorrow. If You want I can come over with my TT and You can also see how the BOV is done. Cheers
